OAKLAND AND DOWNEY DEMOS – US NUCLEAR CORP

US Nuclear Corp and UAV partner FlyCam UAV were invited to participate in two demonstrations for their UAV mounted Radiation Detection system, the DroneRAD.

On January 30, 2019, the BAYEX 2019 took place in the Oakland Coliseum in Oakland, California. The objective of the exercise was to coordinate with multiple agencies in the Bay Area for response to an attack on mass transit by a CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) event and improve interagency cooperation. This included integration of the WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) Coordinator into the ICS (Incident Command System) structure of the response to such an attack.

Several scenarios were designed to elicit a response from multiple first responders, both state and local: Police, Fire, Civil Defense, HazMat, Bomb Squad, and US Nuclear Corp/FlyCam UAV’s aerial reconnaissance for detection of radiation contamination of unknown source and location.

The exercise was instrumental in fine-tuning the approach of responders in the Bay Area. US Nuclear Corp and UAV partner FlyCam UAV were honored to be a part of such a critical exercise.

The Airborne International Response Team (AIRT) invited US Nuclear Corp and UAV partner FlyCam UAV to participate in their two-day training exercise on March 7 & 8, 2019 at the legendary Columbia Memorial Space Center in Downey, California. This exercise titled UAS Drones Disaster Conference covered multiple aspects of response by unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).  2018 saw numerous events for deployment of UAS otherwise known as UAVs. Volcanic eruption, hurricane damage, and devastating wildfires all called into action UAVs. With this exercise, the need for response by UAVs was extended to include CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear) events. The DroneRAD system from US Nuclear Corp/FlyCam UAV was demonstrated for detection of radiation contamination of unknown source and location to multiple agencies of state and local first responders and Civil Defense with high praise.

Autonomous Airborne Radiation Monitoring system

Complete UAV radiation mapping drone system US Nuclear UAV radiation mapping drone offers an accurate, affordable and versatile low-altitude aerial radiation detection vehicle which is an out of the box solution for anyone that needs to examine an area or patrol a location for radiation levels or contamination. The system gives you real-time location, measurement and mapping of radioactivity with isotope identification. UAV radiation and mapping drone: what do you get 1. Aerial unmanned drone A Small Unmanned Aircraft System (SUAS) with an all up weight less than 7.0 kg. This low total mass, coupled with the in-built redundancy of the aerial system represents a low risk of structural damage to buildings and the environment during its operation. This is in line with UK CAA guidelines. The drone has a number of supporting sensor: positioning fixing (Latitude and Longitude) by multi GNSS (GPS and Glonass), number of satellites and height above mean sea level (AMSL); temperature, humidity

Chemical Drone For UAV Chemical Monitoring Services Simplify Inspections and Save Time

Chemical Drones are assuming a more noteworthy job in examination benefits nowadays. With later innovative leaps forward, for example, exceptional UAV chemical monitoring to recognize spills and auxiliary harm, drones are turning into the go to hotspot for review benefits that may incorporate risk or getting too hard to arrive at zones.  The significance of aeronautical assessments can't be thought little of, since numerous lives rely upon the accuracy of these examinations. Assessments did by physically putting the whole accentuation on the overseer and in this manner, the auditor needs to consider the peril to himself/herself, consider that every review must be exact and consider that the examination may be done as fast as could be allowed. The whole procedure by the day's end stays hazardous, requires significant investment and there is still no assuredness about the nature of the assessment. There are various fields where chemical drones are being utilized to comp

NGM 202L™ (Gas Monitor)

The NGM 202L monitor continuously measures the volumetric activity of noble gas and tritium in a radioactive effluent gaseous samples. FEATURES: Dynamic gamma radiation compensation Compact and reliable Minimum periodic maintenance DESCRIPTION: The NGM 202L monitor forms part of the RAMSYS™ product line. It has been developed to continuously sample the volumetric activity of noble gas and tritium in a radioactive effluent gaseous sample. This monitor can operate as a stand alone device or in conjunction with a particulate monitor (ABPM 201™ monitor), iodine monitor (IM 201™ monitor) and with a high range noble gas monitor (NGM 203™ monitor) to form a very wide range monitoring system.
